Description
I craft these amulets by mixing red brick dust into polymer clay. The size or shape of the amulet doesn’t affect its protective powers, although you might choose to call upon its symbolism if it fits your situation. For example, this amulet is in the shape of a hibiscus flower, a flower of passion. It also has other magical qualities, such as love, clairvoyance, liberation, and many others.
It is believed that red brick dust, which is frequently used in both European and Hoodoo folk magic, has African origins. The term “brick dust,” often known as “redding” or simply “brick dust,” derives from an ancient faith in the mystical properties of the natural red ochre powder. It is believed that if you want to keep out those who mean you harm, you lay down a line of red brick dust that they cannot cross.
Amulets are primarily used for protection and to prevent unwanted energies from reaching you, like harm, illness, jinxes, and hexes, and are carried with you to protect you magically.
